Useful Information:
Put 100g Freekeh & 500ml water in a pan, add 1 tsp. salt & 1 tbsp olive oil (optional.) Stir & bring to the boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 15 mins. Drain & use hot, or allow to cool for cold dishes.
