Notice for Online Delivery Service
We use a delivery service for all online orders which means we are unable to offer same day delivery unless you’re in the near vicinity of our shop. Otherwise, domestic deliveries will typically take 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability and courier capacity.
Delivery outside the Republic of Ireland is available to select countries. When selecting your country at checkout, you will be informed whether delivery is available and the estimated shipping times along with cost. Please note that chilled and frozen items may not be possible to ship to countries outside of Ireland, in which case you will be refunded for these.
Notice for Online Collection Service
If you have ordered through our website and opted to collect your order, please do not come to collect it until you have received confirmation via email that it is ready to collect. We will then hold your order for as long as reasonably possible, though please endeavour to collect within one week of completion, as we have very limited space. If you require additional time, please contact us at orders@thehopsack.ie to request an extension. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders which are not collected within a reasonable time, after having first made multiple attempts at contacting you to arrange collection.
Recycle Your Online Delivery Packaging
Often customers tell us there is too much packaging (plastic and bubble wrap) attached to our online deliveries, but this is only to secure your goods during their transit, so that everything arrives intact and secure. All of these boxes and materials came from our own stock deliveries, so in an effort to support a more circular economy, we give them one last adventure to deliver your order safely to you!
If you would like to return packaging we will gladly accept it back to recycle for more online deliveries.
