Unpasteurised, organic single-farm raw Irish milk from County Tipperary.
Please note, due to the nature of this product, it will be short-dated. Due to a drop in supply, we have had to limit raw milk to 2 bottles per customer. This is a back-order product which is delivered to us on Tuesdays. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come first-serve basis and if we do not have enough stock to fulfill your order, you will be among the first the following week. Home deliveries can be expected Wednesday/Thursday.
Nestled just outside the village of Cloughjordan in North County Tipperary, Crawfors is a diverse, small, certified organic farm with a micro-dairy of 12 Irish Shorthorn and Irish Moiled cows producing the most delicious and nutritious raw milk, raw cream .
They also integrate holistically raised and rotationally grazed poultry and pigs for meat into our mixed farming system to help create a more natural symbioitc relationship between all our species and so that they can thrive in harmony with nature.
