For deliveries in the immediate vicinity to the store, we will do our best to get our goods delivered to you, even if we have to do it ourselves! That said, in the interest of keeping on top of hygeine practices and social distancing, we will be opting to leave your parcel at the door, with a buzz of the doorbell, or knock on the door. Please let us know in the additional comments part of your order, if you would appreciate a text message or call, letting you know that the delivery has arrived, or if for some reason you would prefer to recieve the delivery in person. We use a delivery service for all online orders which means we are unable to offer same day delivery. All deliveries take a minimum of 24 hours, but can take up to 36 hours. Online orders are also subject to delay due to non-availability of any item/s which may have to be ordered in, especially in the case of large bulk quantities.
Often customers tell us there is too much packaging (plastic and bubble wrap) attached to our online deliveries, but this is only to secure your goods during their transit, so that everything arrives intact and secure. If you would like to return packaging we will gladly accept it back to recycle for more online deliveries.
