Herbamare® is meticulously crafted in our factory in Colmar, France, renowned for its fertile soil. Organically grown vegetables and herbs are swiftly transported to our facility, where they undergo a traditional preparation process.
Carefully Selected Ingredients
Upon arrival, each ingredient undergoes meticulous hand cleaning before being chopped and mixed with sea salt. This blend is then left to mature for up to one year, allowing the flavors to meld and intensify.
Gentle Drying Process
After maturation, the mixture undergoes a specialised vacuum drying process at low temperatures, ensuring the preservation of flavors and nutrients. This unique method results in Herbamare®’s distinctive aroma and taste.
Integrated Flavor Fusion
Through the steeping process, the herbs and vegetables infuse into the salt crystals, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. Once dried, the ingredients are expertly combined to create the perfect balance of taste in Herbamare®
