This coffee is decaffeinated using a natural, non-chemical process at the origin. The green coffee beans are first soaked in water with a natural solvent derived from sugar cane to remove the caffeine. Then, they are steamed at low pressure to eliminate any residual solvent, preserving the rich flavors of the coffee.
