La Plata Decaf Ground Coffee brings the flavour and depth of specialty Colombian coffee to your cup without the caffeine. Sourced from smallholder farmers in La Plata, Huila, this coffee is grown at elevations of 1200–2000 metres above sea level and produced from a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties.

Carefully washed and expertly processed, La Plata offers a sweet, full-bodied profile with comforting notes of milk chocolate and malt. Its balanced flavour makes it an excellent choice for a variety of brewing methods, including espresso machines, cafetières, and filter coffee makers.

La Plata is decaffeinated at origin using a natural sugarcane process, which preserves the coffee’s character while gently removing caffeine. The green coffee is first soaked in water with a naturally derived sugarcane solvent to extract the caffeine. The beans are then steamed at low pressure to remove any remaining traces, leaving behind a clean, flavourful decaf coffee.

Ground for convenience, this coffee allows you to enjoy the rich taste of Colombian decaf coffee with minimal preparation while still experiencing the quality of specialty beans.
