You don’t have to be coeliac to enjoy these!

So often gluten-free cooking can be uninspired at best…but then David got involved. Diagnosed as coeliac in late 2005, he has since built up a repertoir of tasty recipes so extensive that it almost defies belief. David escaped the shackles of his kitchen and called into the shop a few months ago and shared with me his fantastic on-line resource where he has built up an adventurous bunch of gluten-free recipes – with one section entirely dedicated to baking.
