I am B12 deficient and was due my routine injection this month. As they can be quiet costly, I was looking for a supplement that could possibly replace my need for frequent injections and also aid in preventing a dip in energy between doses. 

How you took it: I took it every morning with my breakfast as macanta advise it be taken with food.

Benefits for you: There was definitely a noticeable change in my energy levels throughout the month. I started a new job and battled a particularly bad sinus infection, but didn’t notice the usual waver in my energy, or the fatigue that comes along with a changing of routine or illness. While I don’t believe it could be a replacement for the injection, for anyone who is highly deficient or struggles with absorbency, I do believe that it’s a great addition to your daily routine, and is a simple and cost effective way to keep your levels steady, and possibly even act as a buffer between injections, when you feel a sharp dip in energy levels. I’d also highly recommend it to anyone on a vegan or vegetarian diet, a simple way to ensure you’re getting everything you need.

Would you recommend it: As I said, yes for sure, but at your own discretion and after consulting your doctor if you happen to need the injections frequently.
