Q. Why did you pick Udo's Super 8 Gold?

I took Udo's Super 8 gGold for 1 month following a flare-up of IBS. I wanted to rebalance my gut flora and I chose this product as it contains 80% bifidobacteria, which specifically targets the large intestine.

Q. How long did you use it for and how frequently?

I took one a day, in the evenings for one month.
