| I picked this product because I was experiencing some joint pain. | I took 1 sachet mixed with water an hour after my breakfast. | I found this product great. After about 2 weeks I felt my joints less achey and fatigued. It consists of 10 active ingredients including Marine Collagen, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid and Glucosamine all working together to help with bones, cartilage and joint health.The anti inflammatory benefits of the MSM, the hydrating effect of the hyaluronic acid along with the glucosamine supporting the cartilage and reducing pain were a welcome relief after a few months of tough training.
