I have been using this Vitamin C for four weeks now and so far I am very happy with the results.

 

I take a teaspoonful of this every morning straight from the bottle. It has a thick gloopy consistency which doesn't bother me but for those who would find it hard to take straight, it can be added to juice or cold water. To protect the Liposomes from damage it is advisable to refrain from consuming anything hot at the same time.

 

I feel I have benefited hugely from taking this particular Vitamin C especially over the Christmas holidays.  

A sea swim Christmas day, Goal Mile Stephen's day and a few 5k races over the last couple of weeks, I feel healthy and strong and thankfully no colds or sniffles to complain about. 

 

This product is very pure and it is good to see no added ingredients like sugar, salt, sweetners, stabilisers etc…the list goes on.  

 

I am going to continue using this Vitamin C and would definitely recommend this product to everybody young and old. I am giving it a huge thumbs up!
