I started taking this product to help with ongoing knee and back pain, hoping it might ease the discomfort. I took one sachet daily, usually before or after food, although the recommendation is to take it 30 minutes after eating. While I didn’t notice much change in my back, I’ve definitely felt relief in my knees. Based on that improvement, I’d recommend giving it a try.
