Usage Instructions

Ideal for soups, stews, sauces, glazes, and pie fillings. Simple to use:

  • Crush the chunks
  • Dissolve in cold water
  • Add to cooking liquid
  • Heat, stirring until thick and translucent. Half to one tablespoon thickens one cup of liquid. Note: 1 ¾ tbsp. of Kuzu equals 1 tbsp of corn flour.
