Sauteed onions(40%) (Onion, virgin olive oil,) Sugar, Blackberry & Thyme infused Balsamic vinegar of Modena (Wine vinegar, Grape Must),  Blackberries, Thyme, spirit vinegar, redcurrant juice concentrate, salt, gelling agent (pectin). Allergy Advice: see ingredients in bold.

Once opened store in the refrigerator allowing to come to room temperature before enjoying. Use within 6 months of opening the jam container.
