Oak

Healing Herbs' Oak is for those who are struggling and fighting strongly to get well, or in connection with the affairs of their daily life. They will go on trying one thing after another, though their case may seem hopeless. They will fight on. They are discontented with themselves if illness interferes with their duties or helping others. They are brave people, fighting against great difficulties, without loss of hope or effort.

Healing Herbs' traditional Bach flower essences are prepared in the field and preserved in full-strength French organic brandy.

Directions

Take 4 drops four times daily diluted in a little water.  Best sipped slowly.

If desired, up to five essences can be used in combination:  Take an empty dropper bottle and add about 20ml of water.  Add two drops of each of your chosen essence. This is now your own personal remedy.  Take 4 drops from your personal remedy bottle four times daily.
