Bob tells the story: "For us, it started in the early 1980s, when the Gluten Intolerance Group irst asked us if we could separate out gluten free grains. Gluten free diets weren’t mainstream back then, nor were gluten free foods. However, our core value has always been that everyone should have access to whole grain nutrition, and that was the driving motivation behind our expansion into gluten free products."
