L-Glutamine Powder 150g

L-Glutamine is a common aminco acid found in the human body, it is used extensively in the ongoing process to build and re-build the intestinal wall, imune cells and muscle cells.

Recommended Use:

Take 1 tsp (approximately 5 g) daily separate from meals.  For best results mix in a glass of water or other low acid/low fat beverage for optimal results.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
