Rosemary is full of active compounds including phenolic acids such as rosmarinic acid, betulinic acid, as well as a class of triterpenes, which it has in common with reishi spore.
In fact reishi spores are 300% higher in triterpenes than the fruiting body, making this a potent form of this popular medicinal mushroom.
Turmeric also donates several key compounds, the most important of which—tetrahydrocurcumin—is the subject of current research for its benefits to a healthy immune response.
