How to use
Take one capsule three times a day with food, for the 20 days and then reduce to two capsules a day, with food, or as your health practitioner advises. A minimum of one month usage is recommended by our dietary advisors. Ensure your fluid intake is adequate.

Precautions

Concentrated Yeast extracts (nucleotides and RNA), L glutamine, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), inositol, L lysine, L methionine, sodium citrate, pantothenic acid (as calcium–d-pantothenate, vitamin B5), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folate (vitamin B9 as (6S) 5 methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt – Quatrefolic®)*, biotin (as D-biotin, vitamin H).
