Mico-Leo is the food supplement with the highest concentration of active ingredients from Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), known as, “the mushroom of the gut-brain axis”.
Mico-Leo is an organic extract selected from the rare “Lions mane” mushroom. This food supplement helps to maintain the gastrointestinal health and the memory.
Directions: Take one or two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach- preceded by one tablet of Askorbato K-HdT (non-acid vitamin C) to aid absorption.
Formulation: 15 capsules of 495 mg of organic standardized extract of Lion’s Mane. Ratio 6:1.
Free from: Gluten, preservatives, chemical products, sweeteners, flavourings, starch, wheat, corn, nuts, soy, sugar, dairy and animal products (vegan).

I chose this product to support brain health, particularly memory and focus. I took two capsules daily, usually with breakfast or sometimes in the evening for relaxation. I’ve been really impressed with the organic Lions’ Mane extract in the Hifas Da Terra Mico Leo blend – it’s had a noticeable impact on my nervous system.
