Loomi – Irish Halloumi (priced per KG)

Made in our Dairy at Toonsbridge, Macroom, West Cork. Loomi is made with cow’s milk. This is a frying cheese that does not melt. Best results are where you cut 1cm wide strips and fry on each side to get a gentle browning. This is the milk sugars (lactose) caramelising.

Price is per KG which you will receive portioned into approximately 4 x 250g packs.
