Grown By Smallholder Farmers With A Story
Sourced from the Tarime District near Lake Victoria, Moody Molly is grown by over 750 smallholder farmers, many of whom are women. Working with Dormans and the Muriba Coffee Processing Unit, these communities are part of a new era of Tanzanian specialty coffee.
At 1600–1800 MASL, the cherries grow in cool, breezy conditions – ideal for developing complex, tropical flavours.
Roasted For Filter – Juicy, Sweet, Rebellious
Roasted specifically for filter brewing, Moody Molly shines in pour-over, Chemex, and batch brew. Expect a punch of raspberry jam coffee sweetness, melon-like acidity, and a rich dulce de leche finish.

A New Wave In Tanzanian Coffee
After difficult harvests in 2017–2019, producers in Tarime rebuilt from the roots. With support from Dormans, they replanted, trained, and reimagined what Tanzanian coffee could be. Moody Molly is the result – bright, juicy, and confidently Tanzanian.
