This Mexican Decaf Coffee comes from the historic Santa Fé farm in Chiapas, expertly decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process to retain rich flavour and aroma.
Located near the Guatemalan border, this region is renowned for producing some of Mexico’s most balanced and sweet coffees – making it perfect for a clean and full-flavoured decaf coffee experience.
Using a method similar to Swiss Water, the Mountain Water Process removes caffeine while preserving the integrity of the bean. No chemicals – just water and flavour retention. The result is a chemical-free decaf that doesn’t compromise on quality or taste.
