Indulge in our slightly salted dark chocolate-coated Italian almonds, lovingly crafted by our expert chocolate makers in Falmouth. Starting with premium cocoa beans from an all-female cooperative in Virunga National Park, Congo, we turn these beans into rich dark chocolate using traditional techniques. Each almond is coated to perfection, creating an irresistible treat that’s ideal for sharing or savoring on your own.

Our process begins with exceptional cocoa beans, which are roasted, cracked, and refined into luxurious dark chocolate. We use a striking copper panner to coat Italian almonds in layers of chocolate, allowing them to tumble and polish for a smooth, even coating. Finally, the almonds are dusted with our own pressed cocoa powder, adding an extra layer of richness.
