One of Our Favourite Recipes – Rich Chocolate Avocado Mousse



Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Blend the Base: Add the organic lean cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well mixed.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or cocoa powder according to your preference. If you prefer a sweeter mousse, add a bit more maple syrup or honey. For a richer chocolate flavor, add more cocoa powder.

Chill: Transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mousse to firm up slightly.
