Bee Pollen boasts an excellent profile of nutrients. It contains an incredible array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes & co-enzymes that are essential to a functioning human body. It is made up of about 250 substances including macro- and micronutrients, lipids, and flavonoids. Our Bee Pollen is packed full of tasty granules bursting with nutritional properties and are ready to eat out of the tub (which some people do!). It has a slightly sweet, slightly floral, delicious taste. The texture is slightly chalky and powdery making it perfect to sprinkle over cereal, porridge, or acai bowl. You can also stir it into yoghurt or granola, blend it into a smoothie or juice, or use it as a facemask ingredient. We recommend taking 1-2 tablespoon(s) of our Bee Pollen daily. As with all natural foods, it is always best to start with smaller amounts and work up to the recommended dosage.
