How To Use: Bee pollen can be eaten raw as a healthy snack or can be sprinkled on cereal, muesli, porridge or yoghurt. It can also be stirred into warm drinks or blended into smoothies and desserts. Use approximately 1-2 teaspoons a day. As with all foods, introduce into your diet gradually. Enjoy in moderation. Bee pollen can also be used as an ingredient in homemade skin products.
