Olwyn Williams Wild Food Foraging Courses – Dates and Places
~In her own words~I will be assisting my dear friend Maura Brennan on her Wild Ways Nature Immersion weekend in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny Friday 13th – Sunday 15th May. This weekend will be a nourishing, grounding time for anyone looking to spend some dedicated time outdoors with some experienced guidance and support from Maura and myself. See the above link for more details and booking.The one day Wild Food Foraging workshop in Westmeath at An Ghrian Glas Farm on Saturday May 21st also still has some spaces available (book directly with me), as does the Wild Food Foraging weekend with Ed Blain April 30th and May 1st. Booking via Eventbrite for the weekend workshop, €25 to book your place for a single day, €50 if booking for the full weekend.
Herblore weekend at the Slieve Aughty Centre – weekend of foraging herbal medicine and making some remedies as part of CELT weekend in the hills. 7th and 8th May -for anyone with a particular interest in learning about wild and garden medicinal plants, and exploring the concept food as medicine.2-day Wild Food Foraging workshop, inland and coastal plants, and seaweeds, with Ed Blain of Thalli Foods.
