These yummy protein fudge balls are perfect for keeping you focused! 🙂
This recipe makes 8 balls.
10 mins preparation, 30 mins setting time.
Ingredients

70g The Hopsack peanut butter

3 tbsp cacao powder

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cayenne (or to taste)

100g light tahini

sea salt, to taste
Method
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or beeswax paper
- Pour all ingredients into blender and blend
- Taste and check for consistency, alter sweetness or add extra cacao if needed
- Roll into balls
- Decorate with sesame seeds, cacao nibs, cacao powder or cayenne pepper (sprinkle!)
- Place on a tray and leave in freezer for 30 mins
Note: When you take out, leave for five minutes to soften a little, but leave too long and they will not only melt in your mouth but all over your hands!!
