Eye balls!

These yummy protein fudge balls are perfect for keeping you focused! 🙂

This recipe makes 8 balls.

10 mins preparation, 30 mins setting time.

Ingredients  

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or beeswax paper
  2. Pour all ingredients into blender and blend
  3. Taste and check for consistency, alter sweetness or add extra cacao if needed
  4. Roll into balls
  5. Decorate with sesame seeds, cacao nibs, cacao powder or cayenne pepper (sprinkle!)
  6. Place on a tray and leave in freezer for 30 mins

Note: When you take out, leave for five minutes to soften a little, but leave too long and they will not only melt in your mouth but all over your hands!!
