Tried & Tested: Yogandha

A few of The Hopsack staff had the lovely pleasure of sampling some Yogandha products recently. Here's what they thought of their oils. 

Edin – muscle soothe

I picked the muscle soothe oil because I train (weight lifting). I use the oil before going to bed the relax my muscles. I find it really effective and it has a great smell. I do use a towel after to dry myself as it’s a little oily. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who trains like I do.

Alex – relax

I use it in the evenings, for massage on back feet and legs for me and my husband. Sometimes we add magnesium oil to help us further relax our muscles. It helps to give us a really nice, deep sleep. It’s not messy at all, like some oils. I love the packaging, the bottle is well designed.

Anna – relax

I love to use the relax oil in the evenings after my shower. I use about two drops into my hands, warm it up and rub onto my shoulders and neck. I’ve recently started giving myself a face massage with it; rubbing it along my eyebrows, my temples, stroking from my third eye outwards, along my jaw line and into my hair and rubbing my head. It’s so relaxing – does exactly what it says on the tin 🙂

Kasia – relax

I love to use it before meditating in the evenings. It helps me focus and get into a true meditative state. I rub in between my hands and rub on my face and neck, as well as arms. I really love this oil and have bought it as a gift for friends who have also loved!
