Vitamin C Tablets Source of Life

I passed this product on to my sister to try as I was trying out another Vitamin C brand.

She took 2 capsules every morning for the month of January. She was delighted to see that it was organic, vegan, yeast and gluten free.

Containing 500 mg of pure Vitamin C along with 100 mg of bioflavonoids from certified citrus fruits, alma berry and acerola cherry. She was particularly excited to see it's high ORAC value of 2500 and was hoping that this would help reduce oxidative stress and damage.

BENEFITS: Easy to take and not hard on the digestive system.

Unfortunately, towards the end of the trial month (with 4 days to finish the course), she came down with a bad cold and lung infection.

January is a month when a lot of people are susceptible to colds and infections and she is no exception. She feels that if she had been taking it for longer she might have avoided getting sick.  She also thinks that during the winter months Vitamin C should be part of her daily supplement requirement.
