How you took it: 1 in the morning just before breakfast
Benefits for you: I didn’t feel a huge difference but my digestion has improved a little bit for sure. I felt less sluggish after eating and didn’t feel as bloated. I had lots of energy this month too so that could have been partly due to this but it’s hard to know.
Would you recommend it: yes, I think everyone should give it a go and give some love to their good ole Gut who works so hard :)
