Joints are cracking in a way that feels bad, with simple movements that I can't avoid. Pain where my sternum meets the ribs with upper body exercise. Feeling of bone rubbing on bone in places like shoulder socket.

Super handy to take especially on the days in teaching or practicing yoga. I feel like it’s helping strengthen my bones after five years of being on a vegetarian diet. Athough the cracking hasn’t stopped the pain has settled. My hair & nails have grown & are feeling stronger. Source of K2. No issues digesting.
