Good Green Stuff Nuzest

Why you chose it: After a couple of years being ill and struggling with feeding my body properly, I want to work on replenishing it of all the nutrients it needs. And the Good Green Stuff promises just that (alongside a varied and balanced diet).

How you took it: Initially, I was using it in smoothies. However, I found that the taste was too strong and it ruined the smoothie. I then began taking it in water only, and I found that it was easier for me that way. I now enjoy the taste. 

I have been taking it for two weeks; one to two measure spoons a day. Usually in the morning or in the evening. Although the recommendation is to have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, in order to aid absorption. 

Benefits for you: I found it most beneficial in relation to my digestion and bowel movements; this may be the effect of pineapple/bromelain and papaya, also the Bifidobacterium Bifidum and Lactobacillus Acidophilus Non-Dairy probiotics. I believe that it is helping me to feel calmer and sleep better, this is probably due to the Ashwaganda in it. 

Would you recommend it: Yes, totally.
