I love that it has siberian ginseng in it too, which I wanted for adrenal support and mood support. I wanted to try the chaga for energy support. I like that its in powder form and can be made into a hot drink, especially nice for this season.
I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks now. i take one sachet once a day, normally in the middle of the day away from my other supplements. I mix it with cacao powder, cardamon, hot water and either molasses or xylitol.
I think it has been helping with mood and energy but on quite a subtle level.
